Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers various room types including single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy rooms with different pricing structures. The mess system provides nutritious meals on a daily basis with multiple meal options tailored to student preferences.
Rebate policies are available for students who do not require hostel accommodation during certain periods or those traveling outside the campus. Additionally, students may apply for special dietary accommodations upon request.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% reduction in tuition fee and partial waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Class Merit): Top-performing students from previous academic years may receive up to 30% discount on tuition fees.
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Students scoring above 90% in their qualifying exams are awarded scholarships worth INR 100,000 annually.
To apply for these benefits, students must submit relevant documentation along with the application form and undergo verification by the financial aid committee.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees can be paid through online portals or at designated payment centers on campus. Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month until full payment is made.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy is as follows:
- Withdrawal within one week: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between one and two weeks: 70% refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal after two weeks: No refund
All refunds are processed within 30 working days after the withdrawal formalities are completed.
