Hostel & Mess Charges

• Single Occupancy Rooms: Equipped with basic amenities including bed, study table, chair, wardrobe, and internet access.
• Double Occupancy Rooms: Shared spaces for two students with similar amenities as single rooms.
• Triple Occupancy Rooms: For three students, offering shared common areas like a kitchenette and lounge.

The mess billing system is transparent and based on actual consumption. Monthly bills are generated after deducting the advance paid by students. Rebate policies are in place for students who do not consume meals regularly or face unforeseen circumstances such as illness or travel.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from SC/ST categories are eligible for a 100% waiver on tuition fees, while PwD students receive a 50% concession on hostel charges.
• EWS Category: EWS students receive a 25% discount on tuition fees and full exemption from hostel rent.
• MCM (Meritorious Candidate Merit): Top-ranking students in their qualifying examinations may be awarded scholarships worth up to ₹50,000 per semester.

Eligibility for these benefits is determined based on income slabs and documentation provided during the admission process. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The payment procedures are straightforward and designed to ensure timely processing:

• Online Payment: Students can make payments through net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI platforms available on the university portal.
• Offline Payment: Cash or cheque payments are accepted at designated counters within the campus.
• Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of ₹1,000 per month is charged for delayed payments beyond the due date.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies apply based on the following conditions:

• Withdrawal Before First Semester: Full refund minus administrative charges will be processed within 30 days.
• Withdrawal After First Semester: Refund is calculated as per university guidelines with deductions for administrative costs and hostel charges.
• Withdrawal Due to Academic Reasons: Students may request a refund if they are unable to continue due to medical or family emergencies, subject to approval from the administration.
