Detailed Explanation of Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction and academic resources including textbooks, lab materials, and digital learning platforms. The fee is fixed annually and adjusted based on inflation indices.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities and sports programs including fitness facilities, sports equipment maintenance, and recreational events.

Hostel & Mess Charges

  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹16,000/month

The mess billing system is transparent and flexible. Students can choose from three meal plans:

  • Veg Plan: ₹15,000 for 3 meals/day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Non-Veg Plan: ₹20,000 for 3 meals/day
  • Special Diet Plan: ₹18,000 for customized meals based on dietary requirements

Rebate policies allow students to get partial refunds if they stay off-campus during specific periods or take leave due to illness.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

ILM College offers several financial aid options:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent. Additional assistance available for mess advance and other charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full waiver of hostel rent. Limited support for mess advance.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% discount on tuition fee. No concession on hostel or other charges.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and caste certificates issued by respective authorities. Applications must be submitted before the start of the academic year along with supporting documents.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the college account. Late fees are charged at 5% per month after the deadline unless an extension is granted by the finance department.

Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the institution and following formal procedures. Students must submit a written application along with their academic transcript and final project report. Refund amounts depend on the date of withdrawal and any outstanding dues.
