Fee Components Explained
The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources, including faculty instruction, course materials, library services, and laboratory facilities. It ensures that students receive a comprehensive educational experience aligned with industry standards.
Hostel rent provides accommodation in well-maintained residential facilities equipped with modern amenities such as internet connectivity, 24/7 security, laundry services, and recreational areas. The hostel charges vary based on room type and location within the campus.
Mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses for the entire term. The mess operates under strict hygiene protocols with diverse menu options catering to different dietary preferences and requirements.
The Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies. Contributions are minimal but play a crucial role in providing timely assistance when needed.
Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided by the on-campus medical center, including consultations, diagnostics, and emergency treatments. The fund ensures that students have access to quality medical care without financial strain.
Gymkhana fees contribute to maintaining fitness facilities, organizing sports events, and supporting student athletics programs. These funds promote physical wellness alongside academic excellence.
Examination fees cover the cost of conducting regular assessments, evaluating performances, and issuing official transcripts and certificates upon completion of the program.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel offers various room types including single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy rooms. Each room is equipped with essential furniture, study tables, beds, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.
Mess charges include three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) served in a hygienic environment with varied menus prepared by professional chefs. Monthly billing is done based on actual consumption with options for advance payment or installment plans.
Rebate policies are available for students who leave campus during holidays or weekends, reducing monthly charges proportionally. Special dietary accommodations can be arranged upon request and additional fees may apply.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer several financial assistance schemes to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges
- EWS: 25% waiver on tuition fee and partial waiver on hostel charges
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit): 10% waiver on tuition fee and 50% rebate on hostel charges
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs, caste certificates, and academic performance. Applications for these schemes must be submitted before the start of the academic year with supporting documents.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students must complete payment within 15 days of registration or as per schedule communicated by the finance department. Late payments incur a penalty of 2% per month on outstanding balances.
The refund policy allows for partial refunds in case of withdrawal from the program after one month but before completing two semesters. Full refunds are granted only under exceptional circumstances with prior approval from the administration.
All transactions are processed through secure online portals or bank transfers, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial dealings.
