Fee Components Explained

- Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 40,000 per semester with private bathroom and desk.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students are billed based on actual consumption. A detailed receipt is generated at the end of each month to ensure transparency.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial aid options such as scholarships, fee waivers, and installment plans are available to eligible students. Eligibility criteria for these benefits include academic performance, family income, and special circumstances. Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
The payment procedures require students to complete online transactions using net banking or credit/debit cards. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late payments incurring a penalty of Rs. 1000 per month.
The refund policy applies only in cases of withdrawal or discontinuation from the program after the first semester. Refunds are processed within 30 working days upon submission of necessary documentation.
For students who wish to defer payment, an installment plan is available for up to three months without additional charges. However, any delay beyond this period will attract interest and penalties as per university guidelines.
