- Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in the institute's residential facilities, which are equipped with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, desks, and internet connectivity.

- Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations, including marking, result processing, and certificate generation.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The institute provides comfortable accommodation for all students through its well-maintained hostel facilities. Hostels are categorized into different types based on room configurations and amenities:
- Single Occupancy Room: Private room with individual bathroom facilities, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic furniture.
- Double Occupancy Room: Shared room with two beds, common bathroom facilities, and minimal furniture.
- Triple Occupancy Room: Shared room for three students, equipped with essential amenities such as desks, chairs, and wardrobes.
Mess charges are collected monthly in advance and adjusted based on the number of meals consumed. The institute offers a variety of food options including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special dietary accommodations. Students can also opt for meal plans that include breakfast, lunch, and dinner or select specific meals according to their preferences.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute recognizes the financial challenges faced by many students and offers various forms of financial assistance:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for full fee waivers upon submission of valid certificates. Additionally, they may receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 10000 for the duration of their studies.
- EWS Category: Students from EWS backgrounds can avail a 50% fee concession along with a monthly stipend of Rs. 7000. The eligibility is determined based on income slabs as defined by the government.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): Students from minority communities may be eligible for partial fee concessions depending on their financial situation and community status.
To apply for fee waivers or scholarships, students must submit an application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and bank statements. The application process is conducted annually, and decisions are communicated to students within two weeks of submission.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments for fees are made through online portals or via NEFT/RTGS transfers to the institute's designated accounts. Students must ensure timely payment to avoid late fees and academic disruptions:
- Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the specified dates mentioned in the academic calendar. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only in cases of withdrawal from the program or cancellation of admission. The refund amount is calculated after deducting administrative charges and other applicable fees.
- Withdrawal Process: Students wishing to withdraw must submit a formal application to the registrar's office, detailing reasons for withdrawal. Upon approval, the refund process begins within 30 days.
The institute also provides flexible payment options for students who face financial difficulties. These include installment plans and deferred payment arrangements that can be discussed with the finance department upon request.
