  • Hostel Rent (INR 30,000): Includes accommodation in campus dormitories with shared facilities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities at IIRS offer comfortable living conditions for students. Hostels are categorized into different types:

  • Single Occupancy Rooms: INR 10,000/month for individual accommodation.
  • Double Occupancy Rooms: INR 8,000/month for shared rooms.
  • Triple Occupancy Rooms: INR 6,000/month for triple-sharing accommodations.

Mess charges are calculated monthly and vary depending on the number of meals consumed. The billing system is automated, and students receive monthly statements detailing their consumption and dues.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

IIRS offers various forms of financial aid to deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for full fee waivers based on income slabs and category certification.
  • EWS Category Students: Receive partial fee concessions based on household income below INR 4.5 lakh annually.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): Enjoy fee discounts up to 50% for eligible candidates from minority communities.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents, including income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates where applicable. The process is handled by the Finance Department and reviewed by a committee of experts.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees are to be paid online through the official portal or at designated banks before the due date. Late payments attract a fine of 1% per month on overdue amounts. Students who withdraw from the program must submit a written application and follow the prescribed refund policy.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval, subject to deductions for administrative charges and any outstanding dues. Withdrawals made after the first month of study may result in partial refunds depending on institutional policies.
