The total fee structure for the entire program is approximately INR 150,000 per annum. Below is a detailed breakdown:

Fee Components Explained

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory sessions, and administrative costs for the academic year.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university dormitories with shared amenities and security services.
• Mess Advance: Covers meals during the semester with advance payment required at the beginning of each term.
• Student Benevolent Fund: A voluntary contribution to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.
• Medical Fees: Provides access to basic healthcare services on campus through the university hospital.
• Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities and sports programs organized by student unions.
• Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting exams and evaluating performance.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Hostel rooms are available in various configurations:

• Single Occupancy: INR 15000/month
• Double Occupancy: INR 10000/month
• Triple Occupancy: INR 7000/month

The mess charges are fixed at INR 7000 per semester, covering three meals daily. Rebate policies apply for students staying outside the campus or those who opt out of meal plans.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available through multiple schemes:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees with additional support for hostel and mess charges.
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on tuition fees and partial subsidy on other charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through net banking, debit cards, or credit cards. A late fee of 1000 INR is applicable beyond the due date. Refunds are processed according to university regulations upon withdrawal from the program, with deductions for administrative costs and pending dues.
