Tuition Fee

Hostel Rent

Mess Billing System
The mess operates on a monthly billing system where students pay in advance. The billing cycle aligns with the academic calendar, and adjustments are made based on actual consumption. Students can track their consumption through an online portal provided by the university.
Rebate Policies
- Leave Policy: Students get full rebate if they stay off-campus for more than 5 days in a month.
- Academic Leave: Full rebate is granted during approved academic leaves.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
Fees must be paid within 15 days of the start of the semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day until the balance is cleared.
Late Fee Calculations
- Up to 10 Days: No additional charge beyond original fee
- 11-30 Days: INR 500 per day
- Over 30 Days: INR 1000 per day plus administrative charges
Refund Rules
- Withdrawal Before Admission: Full refund minus administrative charges (INR 5000)
- Withdrawal After Admission: Refund of remaining balance after deduction of tuition fees and other charges
- Non-Attendance: No refund is issued unless withdrawal is approved by the administration
