Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial aid options to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and partial concession on hostel charges
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession on tuition fee and 50% on hostel charges

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are processed through secure online portals or direct bank transfers. Deadlines for payment are clearly communicated, with late fees applicable beyond specified dates. The refund policy ensures transparency in case of withdrawal or transfer:
- Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of formal request
- Full refund is provided if withdrawal occurs before the first month of the semester
- Partial refunds are available for withdrawals beyond one month but before mid-semester
- No refunds are granted for withdrawals after mid-semester unless due to exceptional circumstances
