Tuition Fee

Hostel Rent

Students can opt for various hostel accommodations with differing amenities and pricing. Single occupancy rooms cost INR 30,000 annually, while shared rooms range from INR 25,000 to INR 40,000 annually.

Mess Advance

The mess advance is a prepayment made for meals during the semester. It includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner services and varies based on dietary preferences and meal plans selected by students.

Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but strongly encouraged to ensure collective support among peers.

Medical Fees

Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided on campus, including routine checkups, emergency treatments, and preventive care measures.

Gymkhana Fees

The gymkhana fee grants access to recreational facilities including gyms, swimming pools, sports fields, and indoor games. It also supports student clubs and cultural events.

Examination Fees

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students meeting income criteria (less than INR 2 lakh annually)
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on all fees with priority in hostel allocation

Eligibility criteria include parental income, caste certificate, and academic performance. Applications must be submitted by the deadline specified each year, usually before admission.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving the fee notice. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until full payment is received.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal before 1st semester: 90% refund
• Withdrawal after 1st semester but before 4th semester: 70% refund
• Withdrawal after 4th semester: No refund

All refunds are processed within 30 working days of submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
