Hostel & Mess Charges
The college offers various hostel options catering to different preferences and budgets:
- AC Single Room: ₹12,000/month (including mess)
- AC Double Room: ₹8,000/month (shared with one roommate)
- Non-AC Single Room: ₹6,000/month (including mess)
- Non-AC Double Room: ₹4,000/month (shared with one roommate)
Mess billing is calculated based on the number of days attended and meal types consumed. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or during vacation periods.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college offers financial assistance through scholarships and fee waivers to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for 100% tuition fee waiver with additional support for hostel and mess charges.
- EWS Category Students: Receive a 50% reduction in tuition fees along with partial support for other components.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible for a 25% discount on tuition fees and full waiver of hostel charges.
Eligibility criteria are determined based on income slabs, caste certificates, and annual household income documentation. Applications must be submitted through the official portal before the start of the academic year.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the following rules:
- Before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Between 15-30 days: 50% refund
- After 30 days: No refund
All refunds are processed within 45 working days after submission of the withdrawal request and supporting documents.
