Fee Structure Overview

Hostel & Mess Charges

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they stay outside the campus for more than 7 days in a month. Special dietary options (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and halal) are available upon request.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers several financial assistance programs:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for students from these categories.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession for EWS students with income below ₹3 lakh per annum.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% fee concession for students from minority communities.
• Merit Scholarships: Top 10% performers in each semester receive full tuition fee waivers for the next semester.
• Need-Based Financial Aid: Students facing financial difficulties can apply for loans or partial fee concessions through the college’s financial aid office.

To apply, students must submit an application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates and caste certificates (for SC/ST/PwD). Applications are reviewed by a committee based on merit and need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid through online transfer, net banking, or debit/credit cards. Payments must be made before the deadline to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the due date.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges (₹2000)
• Withdrawal between 16-30 days: 75% refund minus administrative charges
• Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund

Students who are unable to pay the full amount can apply for installment plans. The maximum number of installments allowed is 4, with a processing fee of ₹1000 per installment.
