Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer several financial aid programs to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial reimbursement for hostel and mess charges.
- EWS Category: A 50% reduction in tuition fees along with full coverage of hostel and mess expenses.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 75% discount on tuition fees with additional subsidies for hostel and mess costs.
To apply for financial aid, students must submit income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and other supporting documents. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee that assesses eligibility based on income slabs and family size.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the first week of each semester or before the start of classes. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per day until full payment is received.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before the end of the first month. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission and include tuition fees minus administrative charges.
