Each component of the fee structure is explained below:

  • Tuition Fee: Covers academic instruction, access to library resources, and laboratory facilities.
  • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in shared or private rooms with essential amenities.
  • Mess Advance: Provides advance payment for meals during the semester.

Rebate policies apply for students who opt out of the hostel mess, allowing them to receive partial refunds based on their usage. Additional charges may apply for special dietary needs or extra services.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available through various scholarship schemes:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial concessions on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: Students receive a 50% reduction in tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible students receive a 25% discount on tuition fees and partial concessions on other charges.

Applications for these financial aids must be submitted online through the student portal, accompanied by supporting documents such as income certificates and caste certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or demand draft. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline. Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the program, subject to compliance with all academic and financial obligations.
