Eligibility Criteria
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel rent and mess charges.
- EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 25% waiver on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): These students are eligible for full fee waivers and additional scholarships based on their academic performance.
Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
All fees must be paid within 10 days of the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹500 per day, up to a maximum of ₹5000.
Late Fee Calculations
For payments made after the deadline, the late fee is calculated daily based on the outstanding amount. The total late fee cannot exceed ₹5000 unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Refund Rules
- Withdrawal Before Semester Begins: Full refund of fees minus administrative charges (₹1000) is provided if withdrawal occurs before the semester starts.
- Withdrawal During Semester: Refunds are processed based on the number of weeks completed and are subject to approval by the university authorities.
- Transfer Requests: Students transferring to another institution may be eligible for partial refunds if all fees have been paid in full and no academic obligations remain.
