Fee Components Explanation

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing is done monthly based on actual consumption. Students can opt for different meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to suit their dietary preferences. Rebates are available for students who do not use the mess facility for extended periods.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Scholarships are offered based on merit and financial need. Categories include SC/ST/PwD, EWS, MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit), and general students with outstanding academic performance.
Income slabs for financial aid eligibility range from ₹0 to ₹5 lakh annually for different categories. Applications must be submitted via the university portal along with supporting documents such as income certificates and bank statements.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are due within 10 days of issuing the fee notice. Late fees are charged at 2% per month on unpaid balances. Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the university, subject to certain conditions like completion of all dues and submission of necessary paperwork.
