Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess charges include daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The billing system operates monthly with deductions from the advance payment made at the beginning of each semester.
Rebate policies are available for students who leave campus during certain periods or those staying in hostels on weekends. These rebates are calculated based on actual usage and documented through proper records.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

- SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver on tuition fee
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fee

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made within 7 days of the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until cleared. Refunds are processed according to university guidelines upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deduction of fees already incurred.
