Mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses. Students can adjust their mess charges monthly based on actual consumption and usage.
The Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies. Contributions are voluntary and help create a supportive environment for all students.
Medical fees cover basic healthcare services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and emergency medical treatment on campus. Students also have access to external medical facilities at discounted rates.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel accommodation at Icmai University Solan includes three types of rooms:
- Single Room: Designed for individual students with private bathroom facilities, Wi-Fi connectivity, and additional amenities such as study desks and wardrobes.
- Double Room: Shared between two students with a common bathroom and shared study space. This option offers cost savings while maintaining comfort.
- Triple Room: Accommodates three students with shared facilities and is ideal for budget-conscious students seeking community living experiences.
Mess billing follows a transparent system where students pay an advance amount at the start of each semester. Monthly bills are generated based on actual consumption, ensuring fairness and accountability.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they are absent from campus for more than 5 consecutive days due to illness or other valid reasons. Applications must be submitted with supporting documents to the hostel authority.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial assistance schemes to ensure accessibility and equity in education:

Application procedures for fee waivers and concessions require submission of relevant certificates or proof of income. These documents must be verified by the university administration before approval.
