Fee Components Explained

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single or double occupancy rooms with basic amenities such as internet, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: Paid upfront to cover food expenses for one semester. Students can adjust the advance at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through grants and scholarships.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and emergency treatment.

Gymkhana Fees: Funds recreational activities, sports events, and fitness programs to promote student wellness.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs related to conducting semester-end exams and grading processes.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities at I E S University Bhopal offer comfortable living environments with modern amenities. Rooms are available in single, double, and triple occupancy options, each equipped with essential furniture and internet connectivity.

Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis based on actual consumption. Students receive a monthly mess bill after the first week of each month, which includes all meals for that period. Rebate policies apply for students who miss meals due to illness or travel.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available to eligible students through various waiver schemes:

• SC/ST/PwD: 100% concession on tuition fees with partial waiver on hostel charges.
• EWS: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
• MCM: 30% concession on tuition fees and 50% on hostel charges.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and category certificates. Applications for financial aid must be submitted by the specified deadline and verified by the finance department.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through UPI platforms. All transactions are securely processed and recorded in the university database.

Late fees are charged at 5% per month on outstanding balances. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the program and are subject to a deduction of administrative charges.
