Students applying for financial aid must submit documents including income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and proof of residence. The application process is conducted online through the university portal, and decisions are usually communicated within two weeks.
All fees must be paid by the deadline specified each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the due date. Payment can be made via net banking, debit/credit cards, or demand draft.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students are entitled to a refund of tuition fees after deducting administrative charges. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents.
For students who have completed one semester or more, the refund policy allows for partial refunds based on actual usage of services. No refunds are granted for hostel and mess charges once they are consumed.
