Total annual fee for the program is approximately Rs. 360,000, inclusive of all components. This includes tuition, hostel charges, mess fees, and other mandatory expenses.
Tuition Fee: Covers classroom instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources provided by the university. It is fixed for the entire duration of the program.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single or shared rooms with amenities like Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: Paid at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses. The amount is adjusted monthly based on consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution that supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the campus medical center, including consultations and vaccinations.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural events, and student clubs.

Hostel rooms are available in single, double, and triple occupancy configurations. Each room comes with a bed, study table, chair, and wardrobe.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pre-pay for meals based on their consumption. Rebate policies are applied for students who leave early or stay during holidays.
Financial assistance is available for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories. Eligibility criteria include income slabs and academic performance.
Scholarships are awarded based on merit, need, and parental income. Applications must be submitted online with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and academic transcripts.
All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of 2% per month on outstanding amounts.
If a student withdraws from the program, refunds are processed according to university guidelines, with deductions for administrative costs and hostel charges.
