Hostel & Mess Charges
Hostel rooms are available in single, double, and triple occupancy configurations. Each room comes with a bed, study table, chair, and wardrobe.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pre-pay for meals based on their consumption. Rebate policies are applied for students who leave early or stay during holidays.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories. Eligibility criteria include income slabs and academic performance.
Scholarships are awarded based on merit, need, and parental income. Applications must be submitted online with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and academic transcripts.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of 2% per month on outstanding amounts.
If a student withdraws from the program, refunds are processed according to university guidelines, with deductions for administrative costs and hostel charges.
