Detailed Fee Components

Each fee component serves a specific purpose and contributes to the overall educational experience at ILDM:

  • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory sessions, library access, and other academic resources.
  • Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation for students within the campus premises. Rooms are available in single, double, and triple occupancy formats.
  • Mess Advance: Ensures meals are provided during the academic year without additional charges.
  • Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies through scholarships and grants.
  • Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the institute’s medical center.
  • Gymkhana Fees: Funds extracurricular activities, sports events, and cultural programs on campus.
  • Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities at ILDM are designed to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for learning. Hostel rooms come in various configurations:

  • Single Occupancy Room: INR 15,000 per semester
  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 12,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10,000 per semester

Mess charges are included in the mess advance and cover three meals daily. The mess operates on a monthly billing system with options for meal customization and dietary accommodations.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institute offers several financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees.
  • EWS Category: A 25% waiver is provided for EWS students based on income criteria.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): Students belonging to minority communities may qualify for partial fee concessions depending on income slabs.

Eligibility for these schemes is determined based on income certificates, caste certificates, and other supporting documents. Applications must be submitted before the start of the academic year.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are required to make payments through online banking or NEFT transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applied for delayed submissions:

  • Late Fee: INR 1,000 per month for delayed payment beyond the due date.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the academic year. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and other applicable fees.
