Fee Structure Overview

- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10,000 per semester
Mess charges are included in the mess advance and cover three meals daily. The mess operates on a monthly billing system with options for meal customization and dietary accommodations.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute offers several financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: A 25% waiver is provided for EWS students based on income criteria.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): Students belonging to minority communities may qualify for partial fee concessions depending on income slabs.
Eligibility for these schemes is determined based on income certificates, caste certificates, and other supporting documents. Applications must be submitted before the start of the academic year.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are required to make payments through online banking or NEFT transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applied for delayed submissions:
- Late Fee: INR 1,000 per month for delayed payment beyond the due date.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the academic year. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and other applicable fees.
