Fee Components Explained

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, and academic support services.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single or shared rooms with basic amenities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

  • Double Occupancy Rooms: INR 70,000 per semester with shared amenities.

The mess charges are fixed at INR 12,000 per month and include three meals daily. Rebates are available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds or those who have secured scholarships.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Scholarship eligibility is based on income slabs:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver available for students with annual family income below INR 2 lakhs.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession for families with income between INR 2–4 lakhs.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount for students from minority communities with family income below INR 3 lakhs.

Students can apply for these financial aids by submitting relevant documents and filling out the application form online. The process is reviewed by a dedicated committee, and decisions are communicated within two weeks of submission.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through net banking or debit/credit cards via the official portal. Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month until clearance is made.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the following rules:

  • Before First Semester: Full refund minus processing charges.
  • After First Semester but Before Mid-Semester: 70% refund after deducting applicable fees.
  • After Mid-Semester: No refund is granted unless due to administrative reasons.
