Tuition Fee

This includes access to medical facilities on campus, including consultations with doctors, diagnostic tests, and emergency care. The fee is charged per semester and ensures that students have adequate healthcare coverage.

Gymkhana Fees

The gymkhana fees cover access to sports facilities, fitness programs, and recreational activities available on campus. It promotes physical well-being and encourages participation in extracurricular events.

Examination Fees

This fee covers the cost of conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, evaluation, result processing, and certification services. It is charged per semester to ensure quality assessment processes.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance schemes to deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fee

To apply for these concessions, students must submit the relevant certificates along with their application forms. The eligibility criteria are strictly verified by the administration.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or credit/debit cards to ensure timely processing and transparency. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until clearance is achieved.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Withdrawal within 30 days: Full refund of all fees
  • Withdrawal between 31-90 days: Refund of 75% of tuition fee
  • Withdrawal after 90 days: No refund

The university does not refund hostel rent or mess charges unless the student is transferred to another institution or fails to meet academic standards.
