The total cost for the entire four-year program is approximately INR 12 lakhs, which includes tuition fees, hostel charges, mess advance, and other necessary expenses.

Mess Advance

Student Benevolent Fund
This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary and help ensure no student misses out on essential academic opportunities due to financial constraints.
Medical Fees
Medical fees cover basic healthcare services, including consultations, vaccinations, and minor treatments available on campus. A dedicated medical center ensures quick access to healthcare for all students.
Gymkhana Fees
Gymkhana fees contribute to the maintenance of sports facilities, fitness equipment, and extracurricular activities. Students can participate in various sports clubs, cultural events, and recreational programs without additional charges.
Examination Fees
Examination fees cover the costs associated with conducting internal and external exams, including invigilation, result processing, and certification issuance.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel accommodations at Isbm University Gariyaband are designed to provide a conducive environment for academic and personal growth. Students can choose from single, double, triple, or quad occupancy rooms depending on their preferences.
- Single Room: INR 1,00,000 per semester
- Double Room: INR 75,000 per semester
- Triple Room: INR 60,000 per semester
- Quad Room: INR 50,000 per semester
Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed each month. Students receive a detailed monthly bill that reflects actual consumption. Rebates are available for students who do not consume meals regularly.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
To ensure accessibility and support for economically disadvantaged students, Isbm University Gariyaband offers various fee waivers and concession schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver is granted to students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories based on valid certificates.
- EWS Category: A 50% fee concession is offered to students from economically weaker sections, subject to income verification.
- MCM (Married Candidate): A 25% discount is available for married candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility for these benefits depends on annual income slabs and other qualifying factors. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfer to the designated account. Late payments attract a penalty of 1% per month on the outstanding amount. The last date for fee payment is strictly enforced, and no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students may be eligible for partial refunds as per university guidelines. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of the application form, subject to deductions for administrative charges and outstanding dues.
