Fee Components Explained
Tuition Fee: Covers academic instruction, access to digital resources, and administrative support.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides comfortable hostel accommodations for all students. Hostel rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with beds, study tables, and wardrobes. Students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms.
Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed daily. The mess operates 24 hours a day with varied menu options including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special dietary needs. Meals are served in hygienic conditions with regular health inspections.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds during vacation periods or when they are not residing on campus.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial aid options for eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver of tuition fee with a 50% concession on hostel rent.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver of tuition fee and 30% concession on hostel rent.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fee and 20% concession on hostel rent.
Eligibility criteria for these concessions include income slabs and other documentation requirements. Students must submit applications along with supporting documents to the financial aid office.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are required to pay fees before the start of each semester. Payment can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹1,000 per day.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies based on the number of days spent in the institution and the amount already paid. Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal.
