- Tuition Fee: Covers instruction costs for lectures, tutorials, lab sessions, and access to digital resources. This includes updates to syllabi, guest lectures, and faculty development programs.
- Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation in well-maintained hostel facilities equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, AC, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
- Mess Advance: Ensures students have access to nutritious meals through our campus dining services. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.
- Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Funds are used for medical assistance, educational grants, and scholarships.
- Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by our on-campus medical center, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and minor treatments.
- Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports events, cultural programs, and student organizations. This includes gym access, club memberships, and event organization expenses.
- Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, evaluation, result processing, and certificate issuance.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers comfortable hostel accommodations for both boys and girls, ensuring a conducive environment for academic and personal growth.
Hostel rooms are categorized into:
- Single Occupancy Rooms: Private rooms with individual study desks, bed, wardrobe, and internet connectivity.
- Double Occupancy Rooms: Shared rooms with two beds, study desks, wardrobes, and shared amenities including common areas.
- Triple Occupancy Rooms: Spacious rooms accommodating three students, featuring shared kitchenettes and lounges.
Mess charges are inclusive of all meals for the semester. The billing system operates monthly, with adjustments made based on attendance records. Rebates are available for students who attend fewer days due to illness or travel. Students can opt for different meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and hybrid options.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial aid options to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories receive a 50% concession on tuition fees. Income slabs for eligibility are as follows: Annual income up to INR 3 lakhs for SC/ST and up to INR 4 lakhs for PwD students.
- EWS Category: Economically Weaker Section students receive a 25% concession on tuition fees. Eligibility is based on annual income below INR 8 lakhs.
- MCM (Maiden Child Migrant): Students migrating from rural areas to urban centers may qualify for partial fee waiver under this category, subject to verification of migration status.
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and migration certificates. The university reviews applications annually and disburses benefits accordingly.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are made online through the university portal or at designated payment centers on campus. All transactions are secured and tracked for transparency.
- Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the university, subject to deduction of administrative charges and pending dues. Refunds are credited within 30 working days after submission of all necessary documents.
- Transfer Requests: For students transferring to another institution, refunds are issued after verifying eligibility and settling any outstanding balances.
