Tuition Fee

Hostel Rent

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides various financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial concessions on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: Eligible students receive 50% waiver on tuition fees and 30% concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% waiver on tuition fees and 15% concession on hostel charges.
Income slabs for scholarship eligibility are as follows:
- Below INR 2 Lakh: Full scholarship covering tuition and hostel fees.
- INR 2-4 Lakh: Partial scholarship covering 75% of tuition fees.
- INR 4-6 Lakh: Partial scholarship covering 50% of tuition fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadline to avoid late charges:
- Payment Deadlines: Fees must be deposited by the first week of each semester.
- Late Fee Calculation: A penalty of INR 500 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the deadline.
- Refund Rules: Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the university and after verifying compliance with all conditions. Refund amounts are calculated based on the remaining period of study and adjusted for any outstanding dues.
