Hostel & Mess Charges
Our hostel facilities offer comfortable living environments with single, double, or triple occupancy options. Each room is equipped with essential furniture and utilities including Wi-Fi, electricity, and water supply.
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students receive meals in a hygienic dining environment with varied menu options catering to different dietary preferences.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds for missed meals or extended absences due to valid reasons such as illness or travel.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer various financial aid options including merit-based scholarships, need-based concessions, and fee waivers for SC/ST/PwD students. Income slabs for eligibility are determined based on family annual income and other factors.
Applications for financial aid must be submitted before the start of each semester with supporting documents like income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within 10 days of the commencement of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until the dues are cleared.
Refunds are processed in accordance with university regulations upon withdrawal or transfer from the institution. The refund process typically takes 30 working days after submission of required documents.
