Fee Component Details

Mess Advance: Covers monthly food expenses. Students must pay a one-time mess advance at the beginning of each semester, which is adjusted based on consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the college hospital and access to external medical facilities when required.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, gym memberships, and recreational programs within campus.
Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facilities are equipped with modern amenities to ensure comfort and convenience for students. Room types include single occupancy (INR 15000/month) and double occupancy (INR 12000/month). Each room includes a bed, study table, chair, wardrobes, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed per month. The billing system is transparent, with monthly statements sent to students' accounts. Rebates are provided for students who do not consume food for more than 10 days in a month.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available for economically disadvantaged students through various schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent for eligible students.
- EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fee and hostel rent.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% reduction in fees with priority in scholarship programs.
Eligibility for scholarships is determined based on income slabs, academic performance, and community status. Applications are submitted online through the official portal of the college or state education department.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties. Payment can be made via net banking, debit/credit cards, NEFT, or demand draft. A late fee of INR 500 per day is applicable after the due date.
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Withdrawal before the start of the semester: Full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal after the first month: Refund of tuition fee and hostel rent, minus a processing fee of INR 1000.
- Students who fail to complete the course or leave midway may receive partial refunds based on actual usage of services.
