Fee Components Explained

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in dormitories with shared amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and common areas.
Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly meal charges covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner at campus mess facilities.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small contribution towards student welfare activities and scholarships for meritorious students.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services, including consultations, vaccinations, and emergency care on campus.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel offers different room types to accommodate varying needs:
- Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 12000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 10000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 8000 per semester
The mess billing system operates monthly, with charges varying based on meal preferences and dietary requirements. Students can customize their plans to suit individual needs, with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of the mess or request changes in room allocation during specific periods. These rebates are calculated proportionally based on usage and duration.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute provides financial aid to deserving students through various schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee for eligible students with income below Rs. 2 lakh per annum.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees for families with income between Rs. 2 lakh and Rs. 5 lakh annually.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on hostel rent and mess charges for qualified applicants.
Eligibility criteria are reviewed annually, and applications must be submitted through the official portal along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI transfers. Installments are due at the beginning of each semester, and late payments incur a fee of Rs. 500 per day beyond the deadline.
In case of withdrawal, refund policies are applied according to university guidelines:
- Withdrawal before 30 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 50% refund after deduction of fees
- Withdrawal beyond 60 days: No refund is processed
