Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted residential facilities with shared amenities such as common rooms, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for students staying on campus. Monthly mess charges are calculated based on actual consumption and adjusted accordingly.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards student welfare activities, including sports events, cultural programs, and emergency financial assistance.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers three types of hostel rooms: Single Occupancy, Double Occupancy, and Triple Occupancy. Each room is equipped with essential furniture, Wi-Fi connectivity, and air conditioning facilities.

Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis and vary based on the type of accommodation chosen. Students can opt for different meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and hybrid options to suit their dietary preferences.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not reside on campus or have specific health conditions requiring special accommodations. Rebates are processed quarterly and adjusted against the total hostel fee payable.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance schemes to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible candidates receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% rebate on hostel charges. Additional scholarships are available for meritorious students within these categories.
  • EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 75% reduction in tuition fees and a 25% rebate on hostel charges. Priority is given to those with annual family income below ₹4 lakh.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): A 50% concession in tuition fees and full waiver of examination fees are offered to students belonging to minority communities recognized by the government.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted annually with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The selection committee evaluates applications based on income criteria and academic performance.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are required to make all payments through online portals or designated bank transfers before the deadline specified each semester. Late payment incurs a penalty of ₹1000 per day until the outstanding amount is cleared.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies are applied as per university guidelines. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of all necessary documents and clearance of hostel dues.
