Fee Components Explanation

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals for extended periods due to academic commitments or other valid reasons. These rebates are processed at the end of each semester based on actual usage and approval by hostel authorities.
Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships
The university offers various fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds or those excelling academically.
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for full fee waivers subject to verification of caste certificates or disability certificates.
- EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% fee concession based on income proof provided during application.
- MCM (Mother of Child Migrant): A 100% fee waiver is granted to students whose mothers are migrants or belong to economically weaker sections.
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Top-performing students in each semester may receive partial or full scholarships based on their academic performance and extracurricular achievements.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late fee calculations are as follows:
- Up to 7 days: INR 500 per day
- Beyond 7 days: INR 1,000 per day
In case of withdrawal or transfer from the university, a refund policy applies. Refunds are processed after deduction of applicable fees and administrative charges. The refund process typically takes 60-90 working days to complete.
