- Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for the semester, ensuring students have access to hygienic and nutritious food.
- Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial difficulties through grants and scholarships.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers various hostel options to accommodate students from diverse backgrounds:
- Single Room: INR 20,000 per semester (includes Wi-Fi and basic furniture)
- Double Room: INR 18,000 per semester (shared with one roommate)
- Triple Room: INR 16,000 per semester (shared with two roommates)
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with different meal options:
- Standard Meal Plan: INR 3000/month
- Premium Meal Plan: INR 4000/month (includes additional snacks and beverages)
Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of the mess system or require partial refunds due to unforeseen circumstances.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 50% fee waiver for students belonging to these categories with income slabs up to INR 2 lakhs per annum.
- EWS Category: 25% fee concession for students from economically weaker sections with income slabs up to INR 4 lakhs per annum.
- MCM (Minority Community): 10% fee discount for students from minority communities with income slabs up to INR 3 lakhs per annum.
Applications for fee waivers and concessions must be submitted with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and proof of residence. The process is managed by the finance department and reviewed by an advisory committee.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transactions. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until the payment is made. The last date for fee submission is the first week of each semester.
In case of withdrawal, students are eligible for refunds based on the following conditions:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 75% refund
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund
Refunds are processed within 30 working days of receiving the withdrawal application. Students must ensure that all dues including hostel and mess charges are settled before processing refunds.
