Detailed Fee Breakdown

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in shared rooms (2 or 4-bedded). Additional amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and security are included in the rent.
Mess Advance: Paid upfront to cover monthly food expenses. The mess charges are deducted monthly from the advance amount, with adjustments made based on consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged for community welfare.

Hostel & Mess Charges

- Room Types: 2-Bedded and 4-Bedded rooms are available with shared bathrooms and common areas.
- Mess Billing System: Monthly bills are generated based on consumption. Students can opt for different meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner) depending on their preferences.
- Rebate Policies: Students may receive rebates during exam periods or holidays if they do not consume meals regularly.
- Additional Expenses: Extra services like laundry, Wi-Fi, and room cleaning incur additional charges.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We provide financial assistance through various schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial concessions in hostel and mess charges. Income slabs below 1 lakh per annum qualify for full benefits.
- EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fee and full waiver in hostel charges. Eligibility is determined based on income certificates issued by local authorities.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% reduction in tuition fee with full exemption in hostel charges. Valid for students from recognized minority communities.
The application process involves submitting scanned copies of income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and identification documents to the finance office. Decisions are typically finalized within two weeks after submission.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through online portals or bank transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced:
- Deadlines: Fees must be paid before the start of the semester to avoid late fees and penalties.
- Late Fee Calculations: A fixed penalty of INR 500 per day is applicable beyond the deadline unless waived off by the administration.
- Refund Rules: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal or transfer from the university. Deductions include administrative charges and outstanding dues.
