Medical fees cover health check-ups, vaccinations, and access to on-campus medical facilities. Gymkhana fees contribute to maintaining sports facilities and organizing recreational activities that promote physical wellness.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Our campus offers multiple hostel options including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with attached bathrooms and common areas. The mess billing system is transparent and efficient, allowing students to track their consumption and payments online. Rebate policies are available for students who maintain good academic standing or participate in extracurricular activities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial aid is available for meritorious students and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include academic performance, family income levels, and social category. SC/ST/PwD students receive concessions up to 100% depending on their circumstances.

EWS beneficiaries qualify for partial fee waivers based on income slabs. MCM (Most Backward Class) students are eligible for specific scholarships covering tuition fees and hostel charges. Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students must complete payment within the stipulated deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties. Late fee calculations are 5% per month on outstanding amounts.

The refund policy outlines procedures for withdrawals and returns of fees in case of cancellation or transfer. Official refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of required documentation. Students must ensure compliance with all rules and regulations governing fee payments and financial obligations.
