Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing follows a monthly cycle where students prepay for meals based on their consumption. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or during holidays.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines to avoid late penalties. Students are advised to complete payment via online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to ensure timely processing.

Late fees are calculated at 1% per month on overdue amounts, with a maximum cap of INR 5000. Refund requests are processed within 30 days upon submission of required documentation and approval from the finance department.

Withdrawal from the program results in partial refund of fees based on the date of withdrawal and applicable conditions. Students are encouraged to consult with the administration before making any decisions regarding withdrawal to understand potential implications on their financial obligations.
