Mess charges are collected in advance at the beginning of each semester. Meals are served on a daily basis with three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The mess menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring dietary diversity for all students.
Rebate policies allow students to receive refunds during holidays or when they temporarily leave campus. Students must apply for rebates through the hostel office and submit necessary documentation to qualify for partial refunds.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides financial assistance to deserving students based on various criteria including academic merit, economic background, and special circumstances.
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive full fee waivers or partial concessions based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession in tuition fees.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit): Students with exceptional academic records are granted scholarships ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹100,000 per semester.
Applications for fee concessions and scholarships must be submitted through the official portal along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The university reviews applications based on merit and need, ensuring equitable distribution of financial aid.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid by the specified deadline to avoid late penalties. Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT, RTGS, or UPI transactions via the university's official portal.
Late payments incur a fixed penalty of ₹500 per month until the dues are cleared. Students are notified via email and SMS about pending fees and due dates.
If a student withdraws from the program, refund procedures are initiated according to the university's refund policy. Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal, subject to deduction of administrative charges and outstanding dues.
