Each fee component serves a specific purpose and contributes to the overall quality of education and student experience:

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities are designed to offer comfort and security to students. There are different room types available:

  • Single Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester
  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 15,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10,000 per semester

Mess charges are fixed at INR 20,000 per semester and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rebate policies are available for students who do not utilize meals fully.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We recognize the financial constraints faced by many families and have established a comprehensive scholarship system to assist deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for full fee waiver upon submission of valid certificates.
  • EWS Category Students: Eligible for 50% fee concession based on income slabs below INR 3 lakhs annually.
  • MCM (Mother of Child with Disability): Full fee waiver and additional support in accommodation and meals.

Applications must be submitted through the official portal along with supporting documents. The review process typically takes 7-10 working days.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are due before the start of each semester and can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments attract a penalty fee of INR 500 per day.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies:

  • Refund is processed within 30 days of withdrawal.
  • 10% deduction for administrative charges.
  • Full refund is granted if withdrawal occurs before the end of the first month of study.
