The total fee for the Entrepreneurship program at MAHARISHI CENTRE FOR EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE is structured over four years and includes various components. Below is a detailed breakdown of all fees per semester:

Fee Components Explanation

Each component of the fee structure serves a distinct purpose:

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction costs for core and elective courses.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus-hostels with amenities like Wi-Fi, laundry, and security.
• Mess Advance: Provides a monthly meal allowance to ensure students have consistent nutrition.
• Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Medical Fees: Covers access to medical facilities on campus.
• Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and extracurricular activities.
• Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting exams.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Our campus hosts multiple hostel blocks with varying room types:

• Single Occupancy Rooms: ₹45,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Rooms: ₹42,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Rooms: ₹39,000 per semester

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students can choose between standard and premium meal plans, with options for dietary restrictions. Rebates are available for students who opt out of the mess facility.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer several financial aid schemes to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and hostel charges for eligible students.
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition and hostel fees.
• MCM (Minority Community Students): 25% reduction in tuition fee.

Eligibility is determined based on income slabs and documentation provided during admission. Applications for financial assistance must be submitted before the start of the academic year.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through net banking, debit/credit cards, or demand draft. Deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees calculated at 5% per month beyond the due date.

In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to university guidelines, with deductions for administrative charges and hostel dues.
