Fee Component Details
Each fee component is clearly defined to assist students and parents in understanding the total cost of education.
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee covers instruction, access to academic resources, laboratory facilities, library services, and administrative support. It ensures that students receive high-quality education aligned with industry standards and global best practices.
Hostel Rent
Hostel accommodation is provided within the campus premises, offering a safe and conducive environment for learning. The rent includes basic amenities such as furniture, internet connectivity, and maintenance services.
Mess Advance
The mess advance covers meal expenses during the academic year. Students are required to pay this amount in advance, which is adjusted against their actual consumption at the end of the semester.
Student Benevolent Fund
This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary and used for scholarships, medical assistance, and other welfare programs.
Medical Fees
The medical fee covers access to campus health services, including consultations with doctors, diagnostic tests, and emergency care. Students are encouraged to maintain regular check-ups to stay healthy and focused on their studies.
Gymkhana Fees
Gymkhana fees support extracurricular activities, sports events, cultural programs, and student organizations. These fees contribute to the overall development of students beyond academics.
Examination Fees
Examination fees cover the costs associated with conducting assessments, evaluating papers, and issuing certificates. They ensure that students receive timely feedback on their performance and academic progress.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facilities are designed to provide comfort, safety, and a conducive environment for academic pursuits. There are multiple room types available:
- Single Occupancy Room: 120000 INR per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: 120000 INR per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: 120000 INR per semester
The mess billing system is transparent and user-friendly. Meals are served in dedicated dining halls with varied menus catering to different dietary preferences. Rebate policies apply for students who do not consume meals regularly.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through various scholarship programs:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for eligible candidates
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession for qualifying applicants
- MCM Category: 25% fee reduction based on income criteria
Eligibility for these benefits is determined through verification of documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documentation during the admission process.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are to be made via online banking, NEFT, or demand draft. All transactions are recorded in a centralized system for transparency and accountability. Late payments attract a fixed penalty of 500 INR per day.
The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program before completion. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of formal requests, subject to deductions for administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
