Each component of the fee structure plays a crucial role in providing a holistic educational experience:
The university provides accommodation in air-conditioned hostels with modern amenities. Rooms are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, and students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms depending on availability.
The mess bill is calculated based on the number of meals consumed during the semester. Students are required to pay a monthly advance, which is adjusted at the end of each semester. The average meal cost is approximately Rs. 150 per day.
Students who leave campus during holidays or for internships may be eligible for partial rebates on hostel rent and mess charges. Applications for rebates must be submitted before the start of the semester.
The university offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:
Students must fill out the scholarship application form and submit supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and academic transcripts. Applications are reviewed by a committee, and awards are announced annually in July.
All payments must be made through net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 100 per day beyond the due date. Students can pay fees in installments, but all dues must be cleared before appearing for exams.
If a student withdraws from the program before the start of the semester, they are entitled to a refund of tuition fees minus administrative charges. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents.
