Fee Components Explained

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, course materials, and administrative costs associated with the program. The fee is fixed for the duration of the course.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted residences, with options ranging from single occupancy to shared rooms. Additional charges may apply for amenities like Wi-Fi or laundry services.

Mess Advance: A monthly advance payment towards food expenses, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Hostel & Mess Charges

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee with partial reimbursement for hostel charges.
• EWS Category: 50% reduction in total fees, including tuition and hostel charges.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% discount on tuition fee and full waiver on mess charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online through net banking or credit/debit cards, as well as via demand drafts or cheques. A grace period of one week is allowed for late payments without penalty.

Late fees are calculated at 5% per month on outstanding balances. Refunds are processed within 30 days after withdrawal from the program, subject to compliance with refund policies and deductions as applicable.
