Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers instruction, academic resources, and access to digital libraries. It is fixed for the entire duration of the program and includes course materials and laboratory supplies.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges vary based on room type. Single occupancy rooms cost ₹25,000 annually, while double occupancy rooms are priced at ₹18,000. Additional amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, and security are included in the rent.

Mess Advance: Students must pay a monthly mess advance of ₹8,000, covering meals for the entire semester. The system operates on a prepaid model, with refunds processed at the end of each semester based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee of ₹1,000 per semester supports student welfare initiatives and emergency assistance programs.

Medical Fees: ₹2,000 per semester covers basic healthcare services at the campus medical center, including consultations, vaccinations, and minor treatments.

Gymkhana Fees: ₹1,000 per semester provides access to sports facilities, fitness equipment, and recreational activities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing operates on a monthly cycle, with students pre-paying for meals based on their consumption history. The mess menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring balanced nutrition and dietary preferences.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not use certain services or stay during specific periods. For example, students staying in hostel rooms during breaks receive partial refunds for mess charges.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial aid is available to meritorious and economically disadvantaged students through scholarships and fee waivers. Categories eligible for assistance include SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM (Migrant Children of Migrant Workers).

Eligibility criteria for scholarships are based on family income slabs, with full waiver available for families earning below ₹3 lakh annually. Partial concessions are offered to students from families earning between ₹3-5 lakh.

The application process involves submitting an online form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar card copies. Selection is based on merit and need assessment conducted by the university's financial aid committee.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made before the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day, with maximum limits set at ₹10,000 per semester.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the program, subject to deduction of applicable fees and penalties. Students must submit a formal withdrawal request along with necessary documentation.

The refund policy ensures transparency in fund management, with clear guidelines on deductions for academic, hostel, and other charges. All refunds are transferred directly to the student's bank account as per the registered details.
