Breakdown of Components

Tuition Fee

Hostel Rent

Medical Fees

• Double Occupancy: Rs 12000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy: Rs 10000 per semester

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with students paying in advance for meals. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or for those staying during vacation periods.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• Merit-based Scholarships: Students scoring above 90% in their qualifying examination receive a waiver of up to 50% of the tuition fee.
• Income-based Concessions: Students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds may be eligible for partial fee waivers based on income slabs.
• Reservation Category Benefits: SC/ST/PwD students receive a 100% waiver on hostel and mess charges, along with partial concessions on other fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

• Withdrawal Before Commencement: Full refund minus a processing fee of Rs 1000

Late payments incur a penalty of Rs 500 per month until full payment is received. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after the official withdrawal request is approved.
