Hostel Rent: Students residing on campus pay a monthly rent based on room type (single, double, triple sharing). Hostel amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: This is an advance payment for meals provided in the campus hostel mess. Monthly bills are calculated based on consumption and adjusted accordingly.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual fee contributes to student welfare initiatives, including scholarships, medical assistance, and cultural events.
Medical Fees: Covers access to on-campus medical facilities, including consultations, diagnostics, and medications.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Single Sharing: INR 40,000 per semester (includes all amenities)
Double Sharing: INR 35,000 per semester
Triple Sharing: INR 30,000 per semester
Mess charges are calculated monthly based on consumption and adjusted against the advance paid. Students receive detailed bills at the end of each month, ensuring transparency in billing.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
To ensure accessibility and equity, Mahayogi Gorakhnath University provides various financial aid options for eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for tuition, hostel, and mess charges. Additional support includes books and stationery allowances.
- EWS Category: 50% fee waiver for tuition and hostel charges. Students must submit income certificates to qualify.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession for tuition fees only. Valid documentation required.
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Top performers in academic excellence receive scholarships up to 100% of tuition fees for two semesters.
- Need-Based Financial Aid: Students with demonstrated financial need may apply for partial fee waivers or installment plans based on family income.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking, debit/credit cards, or through NEFT/RTGS. Late fees are charged at 2% per month if payments are delayed beyond the deadline.
Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the last date of each semester to avoid penalties and ensure continued enrollment.
Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to university guidelines, with deductions for administrative charges. Withdrawal requests must be submitted within specified timeframes for eligible refunds.
