If a student withdraws from the program before completing the semester, the refund policy applies:
- Withdrawal within 10 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 10-30 days: Refund of 80% after deducting administrative charges
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund of tuition fee but hostel charges may be adjusted based on remaining stay
The university adheres to strict financial transparency and provides receipts for all transactions. Refunds are processed within 15 working days upon verification of withdrawal documents and settlement of dues.
