Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

• Withdrawal within the first week: 100% refund
• Withdrawal between 1-4 weeks: 80% refund
• Withdrawal after 4 weeks: No refund

Refunds are processed through bank transfers and typically take 15 working days to reflect in the student's account. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and supporting documentation.
