Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers various hostel accommodations including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. Each room comes equipped with essential furniture, Wi-Fi, and 24/7 security.
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with options for weekly or bi-weekly payments. Students can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal plans based on their preferences.
Rebate policies are available for students who do not use the hostel facilities for certain periods, such as during internships or study leave.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include family income slabs (below INR 2 lakh/year for SC/ST/PwD; below INR 4 lakh/year for EWS).
Students must submit documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards to apply for fee waivers or scholarships. The process involves a review by the financial aid committee.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of 1% per month on outstanding amounts.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies after deducting administrative charges and hostel fees for the period used. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents.
